WHY DO WE NEED SELF CONTROL DURING THE AGE OF ADOLESCENCE??? Adolescent age also referred as the TEENAGE is known to be difficult right? But why? The answer is actually very simple because our body start to change. This is the time when our hormones act upon us the most. Have you ever thought that you are not perfect? Or maybe that no one likes you? No one wants to hear you? Or something even worse than that? If yes then that means your hormones and emotions are working the best.
